It has nothing to do with who owns what & where they come from.
It is about political trade off, similar to what we have seen with Indo & the spy crap....

Never the less, LYC is lame in its present form, although an advanced concept, it can be utilised much more than a porn in its present state, its more like a knight or a Bishop. Either way you look at it, its a take over target, in what form it comes, how, who, we will know why in due course.
Its interesting stuff & a great opportunity to invest in.
