The situation with students worldwide hoarding supply so they can sell it higher in China will dissolve during 2016 imo. Those new chinese plants abroad operational during 2016 will flood the same distribution channels used by the chinese students. Who knows how many tins these students worldwide are hoarding will also flood the market once the price in China deflates.
