Agree most of these incidences are from maintenance from pure human error except of course the stuck rudder control, that’s pure design. If you can reduce the human error problem solved. One of the big benefits of CVM sensors is they eliminate the need to strip down the airframe structures for NDT testing to be done.Surely they are not ignoring this feature
