The $US has been hammered over the past 12 mnths, the AUD and Euro rose to record levels against it. Now as the $US is climbing back to the LT trend line the AUD and Euro have declined (AUD 75c is my pick) as will commodities, however thats not to say they will bust. Don't forget the demand supply side fundmentals.
A lower AUD is good news for our exporters. The fact that the $US is appreciating again say that people are regaining confidence in the US financial system and more importantly US equities. The market is forward thinking lets not forget that.
