I was fully aware of the possibilities of delays as outlined in the company presentations.
After receiving all regulatory approvals and permits, the company even stated that "appeals were expected"
Why do you think they've been scouring the globe for an advanced project?
Best case was they'd be drilling Penikat at the end of this year, the most realistic outcome was next year.
They're currently drilling at Rana, groundwork commencing within the BHP partnership, whilst looking for a more advanced project to bridge the gap between the longer timeframe projects....
I understand every investor/trader are of different demographics and are operating on different timelines, however nothing has changed here for me in the past 6 months personally.
As I said, I was not shocked one bit by the expected appeal. Thanks largely to the company's transparency. Disappointed? Yes, obviously, we all hope for the best case scenario. But it's important to understand the realities of any situation, and I personally feel that the team at Kingsrose are very transparent. And as such, I am more than happy to have a small investment sitting here as opposed to chasing miracles.
