Nameuser, I'm sure I can only read as much as you of the article that is for subscribers only.
The opening paragraph says that AVI(Regional Office) has granted us an environmental permit that increases the annual production of the Vammala concentrator from ~200kt to ~300kt of milled ore. AVI has rejected all claims for compensation in this case from those that objected to this permit.
The Vammala plant has been processing at just over 300kt of milled ore for years so there's no increase here as per the production figures at the back of the Annual Accounts(Page 49) released on 9March20 and there's further commentary on Page 69 regarding the history of this permit application.
