Clearly common sense points to plants being built near suitable sized deposits and ideally also the location of utilisation. ie power, steel, oil, urea producer etc
I'd like to see ESI team up with someone in LV (if it's LYA so be it) and cement some form of position now.
If or when the Vic Govt does something major with the massive BC reserves then hopefully ESI is there with a voice.
Of course this is way down the track stuff but it is strategic long-term thinking.
