Sedco is the immediate problem - but let me stress that we are all getting spooked here by the market and those for whatever reason are negative - point being Sedco have to WIN the case first, perhaps NXS have a perfectly defendible position, maybe Sedco will get their butts kicked out of court and NXS will win costs and damages because they didnt drill their field and had to settle for a shitty deal with Shell??? - OK I am stretching on the last bit but in order to push my point. And if NXS lost, possibly will go to appeal - any payment is potentially years away.
