Just by way of comparison when considering AVQ vs PGI under sovereign risk, stage of operations, management competence, and fiscal discipline, IMO PGI shines in comparison and yet PGI is not a success.
The reason for no DFS may well be that it would be marginal - that is sufficient to maintain RM, the Board and "consultants" (snigger) in the manner to which they have become accustomed, but not enough for more than crumbs for the shareholders.
