it's being blatantly manipulated up, nothing more. i've looked everywhere and even asked fundies, there's no positive news. structural issues remain.
funny how when i had it they kept manipulating it down even after guidance reaffirm. now it's trading at levels far above before the august report (another downgrade). manipulators are mind boggling.
