@traderguy, if Macquarie is speaking with industry participants, why would they speak with anyone other than Facebook, Microsoft and Amazon, when those 3 companies collectively account for circa 60-70% of Appen's revenue? It is well-known that Facebook is deeply investigating SSL and have had various breakthroughs across the last 24 months:

Nothing is certain, that is the nature of investing. You have to work on the balance of probabilities.
