IMO Alot of us here are missing the point. Facebook will suffer a massive brain drain over the next few years. Innovation -the great strength of fb - will disappear when commercial restrictions/aims are placed on programmers/designers who don't give a hang about the dollars and just want to be part of the next big thing or the obscure startup. So the big challenge will be to retain talent AND secure revenue growth AND increase penetration. Some big challenges at a PE of 100
