    Libra's primary target isn't you; its target is closer to users of the M-Pesa.

    Millions of people that already use Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram do not have an active bank account, a PayPal account or a credit/EFTPOS card. Facebook wants their money, and it wants their money as soon as possible.
