I think the taste of the chocolate is very important, Choco Treasure uses premium swiss chocolate and they sell at half the price. Yes, I know the toys are rubbish but often parents will buy these to eat half of the chocolate and give half and the toy to their kids and if it tastes crap it will be a once only purchase.

I hope that the taste improves with the new supplier and I haven't tried it myself so only going on the previous comments I've read but this is important to get right, especially at this early stage of the process..
