just to add to that,
i notice that there was another review on their webpage from june stating "WTF is Network Volume Charge? Over $600.00 just got added to my bill." I thought this was a good example of someone who jumps straight onto a public forum to leave a complaint for everyone to see and has admitted in his complaint that he doesn't know what he is complaining about. Electricity companies would field these kinds of calls/complaints every day. I think they should turn off the comment or review section on their page for this exact reason. May be perfectly good explanations for both or there may not but it does the company no good to have them out there for potential customers to see.
