You couldn't, simply said. It's going to cost a fortune to get water from the reservoir (even if the authorities are prepared to allow extraction) - no one here seems to have any nous about the expense of pipework and pumping. It's been the downfall of many a gas explorer, let alone water. Water takes a lot more pumping than does gas!

There is, however, another solution and it's a river on KOD's Bougouni East project. Along with a lot of operational land, with direct access to the road, which doesn't impact on valuable resources.

Time to start thinking laterally.
