Why then do you run down the board so much?
We know the so called board # 2 were considered to be quite reasonable and IMO, timing wasn't on their side. I think its important to have a board who all get along with each other and have the same aspirations for the company. It seems that board was not working well together. I also believe Mr Walker should have had the foresight to see that they should have raised some capital well before they 'left' and the new board (who were not new as were all already with the company in some respects), was forced to raise at at very low price.
I think you simply patronize and insult our (now) board when you say , 'that doesn't make them unable to learn. But they will need time.'
I have also seen you post that water (the source of which) is not a problem for the project and also post that you think that water is a problem.
Shareholders of course have the inherent right to vote whether someone or other is OK for their board.
And oh by the way, I too own shares in BGS. Quite a few - as it turns out.
