Yup we need a hard-hitting CEO to gather momentum
I believe recognition is inevitable and maybe BRN are in no rush looking for the right CEO especially after the last mistake which they are still paying for and maybe as you stated they want their own fabricated chips to remove all doubt from potential clients, and a CEO who then has the real tangible chips to work with.
It also seems that the human resources at BRN at quite thin, they dont have lots of staff on the books and they are running a very tight ship. Many tech startups started like this but when they floated the founders gave up control for dollars, which hasnt happened here. This could be a curse if they cant get it off the ground with what they have in the next 12 months, time will tell, and I believe they will
