Now if I was To look at Alexium as a shop that sold Tards...
Now if I went into a shop and bought a Tard all good. But if I found out that my Tard could be upgraded but no one told me and Jo got a better Tard, I'd not be happy.

Now if the sales man told me that I could have my Tard feel cool or fire proof or both you'd be happier with that so might take bit longer but you've got the best Tard (bragging rights) And what happens if you get good customer service you go back, you tell everyone you know how good they are, hey maybe you can get an exclusive and resell them.. hey let's talk
