Intended to stay away from HC today, but oh well.
Not that we'd want to wish anyone ill at Xmas, Bloomberg today reported US oil bankruptcies are at their highest since the Recession. One does feel for the 70,000 poor souls who have lost their job.

So let's just check that Xmas stocking again ...
> Cairn up by 15% in a blink.
> FAR up by 20% from its 66 low - and on rising volume.
> Brent up by 10% plus in three sessions.
> US inventories and rig counts down.
> US oil bankruptcies up.
> And Santa ksingh delivers the biggest present of all by unilaterally proving and declaring commerciality of the Senegal oil province.
I'll drink to all of that. Hope you do, too.
