Are we talking CN or CNE here? In any event officially CN only ever re-iterates the CNE line:
From memory Cairn stated the "objective" of the SNE appraisals was to reduce uncertainty by narrowing the range between 1C and 3C, firm up the 1C (hopefully to at least the then stated MEFS of 200mb) and as a result of that to increase the current 2C of 330mb -to an unstated extent - I don't think Cairn ever stated any "expectation" of any sort, certainly not an "expectation" that current P50 (2C 330) would be revised to P10 (3C 670).
