specialist I strongly suspect you have the wrong attitude.... most of us learn to live with the life and the market we currently survive in if I had your attitude, I would never have adapted and bought the props when I did....
seems like you need the world to adapt to your world and your circumstances
rather than you adapting to the world
if there are so many people, who can afford to buy at the current prices....why on earth would they give up their dreams... so people who cannot afford the going rate, take precedence
it simply is not the way of the world... and why insult them, call them fat cats....who knows how much of a struggle they went thru to acquire their dreams not everyone is a tall poppy and it is juvenile to believe same does the term...'a chip on your shoulder' ring any bells
there are affordable homes for the working class... like units etc... the majority of 'houses' in the inner cities, are simply little dog sized boxes the inner suburbs have larger ordinary sized homes....but they come with a price less than 1% of our population are in the millionaire class
some of us work twice the hours of others, change careers, do anything possible to attain our dreams and some simply expect to do nothing, but acquire the same dream
