only posting to see if i can help. you seem very confused about some very basic fundamentals.

my suggestion is that you keep it simple and read the latest status update and take that as fact. the link is on the ags homepage.

alliance is contending stuff. everything must be proven too.

you must make your own decision on how you view the court matters with regard to your own risk management.

with regard to the current share price i see little risk but nothing is 100% guaranteed. makes life interesting i guess.

and nobody knows everything about everything. even an ags or quasar director. it's impossible.

so mistakes could have been made by either party. it will all be settled in the end. life goes on.
