here is one of my examples of a situation where nobody knows everything. it relates to the japanese start-ups. a few stories coming out about delays and it appears to be getting a few people unsettled including pro uranium analysts. but from what i was lucky to witness a while ago was a very good analyst that actually resides in japan and knows the japanese culture back to front. the story is that the japanese way of doing things is that they do argue and go back and forth many times but they always resolve and come to an agreement. it's just a process that unique to japan. you have to expect local mayors and politicians and local communities and interested parties to all get stuck into each other. it looks messy from the outside but all very natural to the japanese. so i'm speculating that start-ups maybe just around the corner regardless of what appears to be slow going atm. may take a few by surprise.
