HG arent being charged with theft, depending on the circumstances, misleading and deceptive is a lesser charge. AGS are aiming for the maximum, HG are going for exoneration my guess they will both have to accept a compromise. I dont think AGS would be happy with an all or nothing option regardless of the stance they are taking. If HG can prove reasonable doubt that Alliance was not seriously disadvantaged by not having all the exploration findings the Judge in my opinion wont give the lot to AGS. We may have to wait another 6 months if it goes to court but we will know soon enough.
