    Either the JV agreement was broken or it wasn't. AGS would love to own 100% then they could put it on the market and sell to the highest bidder.

    Well really it is theft as Q were meant to act in good faith to earn their 75%. If they haven't acted in good faith then they have acquired their share of the lease in a conduct which is misleading and deceptive.

    Full restitution is the judge's only option imo.
