Moseley, all you are doing is strengthening our M&DC case by offering such views. Why would AGS not go to trial if there is apparent wrongdoings? Why sell out for less than 100% value when it is quite possible that we get the lot back?

This theory you have posted finally has substance, and a clear view that we could/should have a strong chance of winning back 100%, yet you still sit in the "pre-trial sale" camp. Then question us (MD & I) when we think we should go to trial. Amazing.

Please, keep coming up with similar theories like your latest one, it's giving me more confidence that we will go to trial and quite possibly win the bloody thing. I would much prefer to sell shares at the price with that conclusion, rather than any proposed pre-trial settlement.
