Drill hole AK19 has always seemed a mysterious and obviously important aspect to the case. It was pointed out many years ago that it is one of the higher results, and is seemingly randomly place with respect to holes AK 1-18, which comprised the first drilling program (just into the extension period). Then, although much is redacted, there are questions raised in AGSs statement of claims regarding the reasons for the position of AK19, and the information available to Quasar that lead to the choice of where to drill that hole. At some point in the S of C, questions are raised about information obtained from helicopter mounted surveys and from other sources.

So I'd be very interested to hear where this leads. Although just speculation, you have to wonder whether Alliance think Quasar either drilled a hole without telling them and then later said it had come after the disclosed 18-hole program, or at the very least that they withheld some prospectivity information that lead tot eh drilling of that hole in the first place.
