I only had a quick scroll through their latest financial results and it seems to me that some of the share price issues are company specific:
1. It is expected to be generate cash flow, but they just reported a $50m loss
2. New CEO after resignation of previous one (seems to be a vanadium curse)
3. And the worst sin of all, their renegotiated debt facility is indexed to USD...the debt is denominated in Brazilian reais, that must hurt big time
4. Brazil is a political mess right now
But I'm sure some of it is also commodity specific, TNG's share price seem to back that up
