The company announcement didn't disclose specific term regarding acquisition of 10% of Tubatse project, I hope you are right. But the company should give us a update on the acquisition to clarify that.

We are waiting for three months for JV announcement, no luck.
"Imminent" or "coming weeks", Actually we have been waiting for months or years. I thought I bought heads @27 should be bottom, but sitting at 1/3 loss now. Isn't this destroying shareholder's value?
