    NKP is currently working on DFS, so presumably BFS is completed and supposed to be presented to Xstrata, Xstrata didn't exercise the option. Luckily DRA is happy to accept our shares for their work. No dilution.

    The best JV partner will be AngloPlat, so no more dispute.
