    When one goes to Duedil.com and looks at the Company House documents available, note Company House London is the same as ASIC in Australia as a legal governing body and they state a document and or reference pursuant to UK Law and having the jurisdiction to do so, then that is a "fact" in my opinion !

    Look up the term "defamation" under the guide lines of the Supreme Court of Western Australia "rules" ! When something is a truth and is evidenced then that mitigates defamation !

    Think the fighting fund needs better legal representation if you where not aware of this !! In my opinion !
