"4 yr presidential and decennial cycles are a match for 1987. In 1987 we made a low on Nov 11 and this year it is Nov 13.

I do see lows for Feb/March and May but these may well be higher lows."

Thats a very good summation volt. From these levels, im bullish for the next 3-6 months. We may hit the lows one more time, but im confident there will be plenty of eager buers at those levels. Bear Stearns's comments last night that we are throught the worst is certainly good for the financials. Expect the financials to lead a rally over the next 3 months imo. Oh. & Tech too!
