It's highly unlikely to make the ASX 200. S&P excludes strategic/founder stakes from their calculations (it's called the Investable Weight Factor). ~45% of Wellard is held by the founding family and this is factored into the S&P market cap calculation.
In addition, the lowest market cap in the ASX200 is ~$500m, so Wellard would only scrape even even without the issue above.
As for ASX300 it probably will, but that is about 5% as useful as ASX200 index inclusion. Very few of the major funds need to match the ASX300, it's all about the 200 unfortunately.
