I should add that proving up more resource can be a powerful motivator for the share price to rise as well.

April 1: "Thengkham Copper Oxiana has accelerated activities at Thengkham (copper and copper/gold) about 7 kms west of Khanong.

Results to date suggest a large system with supergene copper overlying a primary copper and copper/gold zone. Drilling to date is over several kilometres of strike with 3 areas clearly identified for resource evaluation.

Initial metallurgical testwork will commence shortly"

"Thengkham is an exciting mineralised system. It’s mainly copper but also contains some copper/gold mineralisation. It’s nearby Khanong and appears to
be several kilometres long and a few hundred metres wide.

We reported some excellent results from Thengkham earlier and we’re continuing to drill. The results so far have been excellent and we’re to start some metallurgical test work.

The mineralisation includes chalcocite, oxide and primary material so we need to determine the best processing route.

The potential capital cost to develop Thengkham won’t be as high as if we were developing a project from scratch because we’ll be able to share infrastructure and people from Khanong.

It’s early days yet but we’re very excited by the potential Thengkham offers to continue to grow copper output –whether as metal or in concentrates.

There are 8 drilling rigs working in the Laos Sepon District and another 4 in Australia.

So we are waiting for more drilling results.
