Hi all...
Probably a bit early for discussion but I was wondering why EDE mentioned they would search for land & build a Factory (which could take 18+ months & at what cost?) rather than choosing to lease a Warehouse as can get the product out to the market within months - depending upon how much modification a Factory would need though?
As an example Denver has MASSIVE sized Heavy Industrial Warehouses (they use sq feet not m2) available for just $45k pa? First option shows on the map as SE of Metro Mix Depot with freeway access to it plus there are at least 5 other Concrete suppliers dotted around the perimeter of this area. Anyway, I'm not sure what Industrial rating (or could it even be Chemical rating?) this product would need to be created and stored under etc - any idea...?
I was able to access all these websites last 2 days & did send them on to Greg who just replied with 'thanks for the suggestions & once we are in a position to announce progress we will' ' BUT now I can't get access to any of these websites as now says 'denied access' on all of them...?
Only Real Estate listings so nothing classified as such - maybe it noticed several Aussie servers were entering their site the last few days (assuming Greg may have had a peek....) & thinks they are being attacked by hackers.... ?
Can someone else here try to click on them & see how they go & whether it is just me being blocked?

One example is a Heavy Industrial Warehouse in outskirts of the city of Denver.
8300 SF (Square Feet - not Swiss Francs ha!) $5.50 per SF = approx US$45k pa
2nd example - even more massive - 98000 SF approx $58k pa.....
