    LNC purchased oilfields in Wyoming on 25 Feb 2011 for USD $20 M exchange rate AUD = 1.01

    LNC purchased Umiat oilfields on 8 Jul 2011 for USD $50 M exchange rate AUD = 1.08

    LNC finally purchased Texas oilfields on 13 Oct 2011 for USD $236 M exchange rate AUD = 1.02

    This equates to an overall exchange rate of 1.03 for purchase of USD 306M assets

    This is still in LNC’s favour not not nearly as much if it was all converted at 1 AUD = 1.10 USD
