If Mr. Glasier can go into production with the Sunday Complex including ablation, without issuing a preliminary economic assessment or pre-feasibility study, more power to him.
Typically, mining companies release some kind of independent economic analysis of proposed projects to attract investors and financiers. Prudent investors generally want to see the numbers and supporting information from a licensed, qualified person, and in a report that complies with securities laws. However, if Mr. Glasier can obtain financing purely by employing his considerable powers of persuasion, I tip my hat to him.
