Yes, Pinon Ridge Mining LLC is a Delaware company that took over Western Uranium Corporation in a reverse merger in 2014. The entity that apparently holds the Pinon Ridge mill assets is Pinon Ridge Resources Corporation. PRRC was formerly Energy Fuels Resources Corporation, a Colorado company formed by Mr. Glasier in 2005. Shortly thereafter, the company was sold to Energy Fuels Inc. In 2014, Mr. Glasier repurchased the company and changed the name to Pinon Ridge Resources Corporation. So far, there has been no public disclosure of the nature of the relationship between PRRC and WUC, other than the fact that Mr. Glasier is involved in both companies.
