The one you talked about are the bilateral bank loan facilities (US$2.5b) that NCM renewed with terms of 3 and 5 years.
They also issued US$1b of corporate bonds:
- $0.75mil due for repayment in 2022 @ 4.2p.a
- $0.25mil due for repayment in 2041 @ 5.75p.a
These were issued to pay off unsecured short term loans and corporate purposes.
Still a long way to go. They also have undrawned committed bank facilities yet to draw down on. Hence, IMO, there will not be any capital raising for NCM.
Gearing is only 29.1%.
