Well the last IPCC report was finalised in 2014, so if your paper was after that they are probably considering it now, for the next report. And if the papaer was before that report then it was probably considered and the science saw it rather differently than you seem to be. But spit it out. What is this paper of which you speak? And what does it say?

You've posted some links showing rising shortwave radiation. Now why's that a problem? You seem to think it is, but you aren't explaining why. And despite NCEP/NCAR having published this info, you think the science is ignoring it? lols
Presumably this paper says why this is not possible with greenhouse gas warming? If it's not imaginary?

Do tell. But so far, some observations and the usual jopo handwaving saying something is a problem. But no paper. No cogent argument. No sense or science. And you want me to explain this mess of a case you are putting forward?
