It's interesting to hear the posts about how undervalued Sip is at present. It may be, but so far very few posts go on to explain why. In most cases and I say most cases not all, when a company has alot of debt and cash flow is negative and profitability weak then there is a big problem. Also when an auditor says they have doubts the compnay can continue as a going concern, companies usually don't do well. I can't think of a company were the auditor has made this qualification and the compnay survives. This is not to say the company won't survive and won't do well. It's simply that if you think Its undervalued tell us why and how the company will pay down it's debts and if it's through it's asset sales what impact that will have on future revenue etc etc. Let me be cleat , I don't know much about. Sigma and only jumped on this thread after reading the press. Good luck to those who hold and looking forward to some real analysis from those that know the company well.
