I think we're all forgetting that at the current sp SIP has gone from predator to prey, and has almost zero ammo to defend itself against a takeover.

As for CW and MC , they're unlikely to get anywhere near the deal they were getting from SIP, from the other wholesalers. They've had it too good for too long and party's now over.
