Some facts (non smoke & mirrors),

Elfmann & Hennessy don't get paid cash when most non-executive directors get both cash and shares.
Neither have sold any of their shares so they haven't benefited one cent from SYT.
The shares they have received so far are worth zip meaning they have worked so far for free.
If they were paid in cash, $36,000 per annum is way below the average for non-executive directors.
