arch . there is no action against MNC .TKG is suing Hampton and two directors of Hampton . TKG could have done what MNC have done and increased its holding in Hampton but have been suspended for 18 months with liabilities of $16m ,read december 2009 accounts .laughable and no case IMO. I think TKG has suspended any action and want to be part of the big picture in the future . good question ,happy to reply .
