One thing I will say about the "rumors", is that I have never heard such specific details regarding the jv from so many different people. It adds credibility when everyone is telling the same story. And kiril it was 1to1 for option holders and 1to6 for shareholders (genorah not participating). They said the options won't be offered until the jv is signed, so I imagine they think it will be soon.
