What is the assurance that Union Pacific will go through with the deal with AEM???
Last year I recall a similar situation where Union Pacific's arrangements with another company fell apart as a result of delay from Union Pacific.
The latter seems make promises to publicly listed companies then re-neg.
This suggests unreliability/disorganization/incompetance on behalf of Union Pacific's management.
