Many thanks for your imput.
However the "certain level of finality" you refer to is (I suppose) a reference to completion of the transfer of the project from the vendors to the purchaser.
This has been ongoing now for over 24 months.
Indonesia is not fairly described as a "third world country" nowdays.
It has a developed regulatory framework for resource ownership.
I would have also thought the time for due diligence is long over.
"Legally binding" agreements are now in place and the company itself has experessed a view that there is no impediment to the finalization of the transfer.
Sorry, but both the third and fouth paragraphs of your reply don't seem to quite make it to the finishing line and explain the delay in completing the acquasition.
