From listening to Hamish talk on the interview he said something along the lines of its a win to get the funding to get them through to production but the biggest win out of this is having Fofo on board with the project as he will bring an abundance of experience and also all the connections he has in Indonesia.
In order to survive in Indonesia it seems you require someone with his connections.

As Concerned Citizen said they will need to give up 20% to a local company/individual regardless after 5 years.

Next derisking is 31st March when note is converted and another chunk of cash comes in.

Also convertible note face value at 1.5c means we should see the share price reflect this which was a much better outcome then raising at a further 25% discount from 1.2c which most likely would have seen the share price floating in the 0.9c-1c mark. Wouldn't have minded accumulating there but still happy to accumulate around 1.5c and have the risk reduced by having the funding to get through to production.
