bergo33 - and to add to the lack of credibility of AH in this venture - they manage IPOs, cap raisings, mergers etc which are really quite straight forward and little more complex than a property conveyance, which just about any Joe Public could handle, but have no history of recent cases involving DISPUTES and litigation (and I would be surprised if they actually had any barristers in the company given the company focus), so really have little credibility for this action, and obviously little experience in assessing what has a fighting chance and what doesn't. They may be looking to move into the corporate disputes arena - in which case they may have taken on this case to sharpen their skills - knowing that even if they lose they would always have been expected to lose anyway.

My opinion is that this will never reach court and that MMX having called CHM's bluff have just about killed the action, as CHM need an early settlement, and AH aren't going to fight a legal battle they will almost certainly lose for worthless options in a company about to become insolvent.

This action of CHMs is the equivalent of a debt collector sending out a letter on a legal letterhead to try to spook you into submission.
